Cancellation & No Show Policy
If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours or more in advance. If done in less than 24 hours notice, we will charge the card on file a 50% cancellation fee of your total service and it will be donated to a single, expecting mothers group at one of our local churches.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of your total service, as your appointment will be canceled due to the treatment being considered infeasible. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any clients who constantly arrive late disregarding our cancellation policy. We also reserve the right to decline appointments to individuals who exhibit disrespectful behavior, disturb the peace, appear intoxicated, have malicious intent, use derogatory comments, or engage in profanity.
Last-minute cancellations
Last-minute cancellations do not give us enough time to rebook someone else. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow Bina’s Advanced Aesthetics team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future clients.
Refund Policy
All purchases, such as gift cards, skincare products and facial services are non-refundable.
